If you're having your board shipped, we highly recommend getting a bag. We do our best to make sure the board is well protected. However, there are times when the shipping company can be rough with their packages. The Bag-A-Rack provides an extra layer of protection that further reduces the chance for damage.

Shipping is only $129.00 within the Continental US. Buy 2 surfboards and shipping is free for the 2nd board (Offer valid for boards 6'10" or smaller and both boards must be shipped together)!! Shipping policy
We do our very best to wrap our surfboards with care prior to shipment. In most cases, your board should arrive in perfect condition. However, there are times when a shipment is mishandled by the carrier and your board may arrive in less than perfect condition. It is very important that you inspect your package at the time of delivery and notify us immediately of any damages (email us at customerservice@9fishsurf.com). If the surfboard can be repaired professionally for $75 or less, we will reimburse you for the amount of the repair (please send, email, or fax us a copy of the repair receipt). If the damage is greater than $75, please rewrap the board so we can have the courier pick it up and ship you a new one. All shipments are fully insured and we take care of filing the claim for you. We reimburse you right away rather having you wait for the carrier. Please contact us if you have any questions.
